For over 40 years, The North Face has focused on one thing: inspiring a global movement of exploration. Through their products, they’ve given countless outdoor enthusiasts the confidence to go outside and connect with nature.

But products alone weren’t enough to fuel a movement. They needed something stronger— something that captured the emotion of adventure. Understanding that today’s consumers expect more from brands, we created a framework for TheNorthFace.com that brought the pulse of the brand to life and delivered a strong emotional connection.

Working within Adobe Experience Manager, we developed an experience that focused on storytelling. Using authentic stories to build a sense of community and excitement, as well as to present products in a relevant way to the individual user, helped make The North Face a more valuable part of their active lives.
