Nearing its Centennial, CSA Group saw an opportunity to reassert the company as a leader in the testing and standards industry and to set a new course for the next 100 years.


However, their current brand expression didn’t accurately reflect the quality, innovation and potential of the company. Many of the organization’s communications, specifically the corporate website, lacked the level of sophistication and professionalism most high-profile, prospective clients are searching for.

Many opportunities were missed due to low North American penetration and confusion among their targeted customer base about who CSA is and what services they provide.

To solve these challenges, we redefined their brand positioning and voice, elevated the visual expression across all channels and provided new go-to-market strategies to improve overall brand perception.
